Fordumas LLC provides quality services in legal, consulting and mediation matters.  Kimberly A. Ford, the president and CEO, is a practicing attorney in both Alabama and Tennessee, since 2008. Kimberly also has a wide range of general litigation experience. Her practice includes business disputes and transactions, government contracts, domestic relations, wills and estates and probate law matters.

Kimberly A. Ford, as an attorney, works closely with her clients in developing sound, effective legal strategies designed to ethically and aggressively obtain the best possible results for her clients. She also maintains a network of experienced co-counsel. Together, they are dedicated to providing her clients the personal attention they deserve. Kimberly A. Ford regularly represents individuals in civil matters and represents business clients from entity formation through business succession. When necessary, Kimberly will also commence litigation from the inception of an action through mediation, trial and appeal, as required.

As a consultant, Kimberly A. Ford works diligently with her clients in developing business strategies designed to ethically and aggressively protect and grow their businesses. As an insurance agent, Kimberly A. Ford provides insurance products from well respected insurance companies. The insurance products include health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance and annuities. Kimberly assists her clients with incorporation of these products in their estate, charitable and business planning needs.

Kimberly A. Ford is a  graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, where she earned her B.S. degree in Chemistry.  Thereafter, Kimberly earned the MBA degree  with a concentration in Management from Alabama A&M University and then, spent seven years as an entrepreneur in the financial services industry.  Kimberly is also a graduate of The University of Tennessee College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Business Transactions.  Furthermore, she is registered as a Mediator and Appellate Mediator on the Alabama State Court Mediation Roster.

In 2011, Kimberly was recognized as a Contender for Young Professional of the Year by the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce.  Then, in September 2012, Kimberly was featured in the “Women in Business” special section of the Huntsville Times.  She is a former member and former Board Chair of the Board of Directors of Women’s Business Center of North Alabama (“WBCNA”).  She has also participated in Leadership Huntsville’s Connect & Impact Programs, as well as the Alabama Leadership Initiative 2009.  Kimberly remains actively involved in the community and currently serves on/in several boards and organizations including the City of Huntsville Board of Zoning and Adjustment; Huntsville Municipal Ice Skating Complex; The Committee of 100 and the Huntsville/Madison County Bar Association, to name a few.  Kimberly is a member of the Epsilon Gamma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and is a charter member of Greater Huntsville Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.
